How do I join the ITMSA?

If you’re in first year, it’s recommend that you consider joining as an ITMSA Apprentice. The application process will be entirely online and laptops will be available at the second annual BTM Meet and Greet (Fri., Sept. 17 @ 12-3pm in TRS 1-003) where you can apply there (or you can always choose to apply on your own).

By being an ITMSA Apprentice, you get to work with our team, which is composed of three distinct areas, Social Affairs, Advancement, and Academic Affairs. After the school year passes and it comes time for ITMSA Elections, you will have better knowledge as to what area you’d like to run for (most likely Director position).

Why ITMSA? Why not “BTMSA”?

We are the student association for the entire Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management (TRSITM). BTM is a program under the school, and there may be additional programs added under the TRSITM in the future. As we represent all students under this school, the ITMSA has not undergone a name-change as the ITM program did to BTM.
